Eventscape is owned and operated by Eventscape Africa LLC.
When you use customer features, Eventscape processes profile details, saved providers and listings, event briefs, requirements, inquiries, contact reveals, messages, reviews, notifications and planning progress. We use this information to operate customer workflows, recommend relevant marketplace content, protect users, enforce limits and provide support.
When you send an inquiry or reveal contact details, relevant information such as your name, event details and selected message content may be shared with the chosen provider so they can respond. Provider contact details are not placed in public page source before a gated reveal.
Customer planning and gamification features are calculated from existing marketplace records such as events, saved listings, inquiries and reviews. They are not used to change provider verification, review scores, ordinary inquiry delivery or paid ranking.
You should not place sensitive personal, medical, financial or credential information in event notes or messages unless it is necessary for the provider to respond. Support can help with access, correction and deletion requests subject to records we must retain for safety, accounting, audit or legal reasons.
