How Eventscape works

Plan your whole event in one place.

Eventscape connects you with local venues, caterers, photographers, entertainers and every other event specialist — then stays out of the way. Here is the whole journey, step by step.

  1. Search and discover

Search by keyword, category and location, then narrow results with filters for price, availability, verified providers, minimum rating and distance. Save favourites, compare up to four listings side by side, and save a search to be alerted when new matches appear.

  2. Plan with an event brief

Create an event with its date, guest count and location, then add a requirement per service you need — catering, décor, sound and so on. Your brief keeps every option, inquiry and conversation for that event together in one workspace.

  3. Send inquiries to several providers

Send your brief — or a single listing inquiry — with your event date, guest count, quantities and add-ons. You see an estimated total before you send, and you can send the same requirements to several providers at once to compare their responses. Each provider is notified and receives your inquiry as a lead.

  4. Reveal contact details when you are ready

Provider phone numbers and emails are never printed on the page. When you choose Show contact, the detail is fetched for you alone — and your name will be shared with this provider when you reveal their contact details. Reveals are logged and rate-limited so provider contact details cannot be scraped.

  5. Message providers in your inbox

Every inquiry opens a conversation in your Eventscape inbox, so customers and providers talk in one place. You keep a written record of what was agreed without handing over your own contact details until you choose to.

  6. Reviews you can trust

Only a customer with a genuine, verified inquiry history with a provider can review them — one review per provider or listing. Reviews from competing providers in the same category and region are refused, and low-score reviews from new accounts are held for staff moderation before they publish. Providers may post one public reply, and anyone can report a review to the moderation team.

How booking and payment work

Eventscape does not process customer-to-provider booking payments. You agree the price, terms and booking directly with the provider, and you pay the provider directly. Eventscape charges providers for subscriptions and advertising — it never takes a cut of your booking and never holds your money.
