Eventscape is owned and operated by Eventscape Africa LLC.
Eventscape collects account, profile, listing, event brief, inquiry, message, review, notification, payment-ledger and usage information needed to operate the marketplace. We use this information to provide discovery, communication, safety, moderation, billing, analytics, support and product improvement features.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only where needed to operate the service, such as showing public provider profiles and listings, delivering inquiries to selected providers, processing provider-side invoices, sending notifications, preventing abuse, meeting legal obligations, or working with trusted infrastructure providers under appropriate safeguards.
The project avoids storing raw IP addresses in acceptance and operational records where a hashed identifier is sufficient. Logs, analytics and security controls are designed to avoid raw contact details, credentials, message bodies and payment payloads unless a feature explicitly requires the underlying business record.
Users can update account and profile information through the product, and may contact support about access, correction, deletion or privacy questions. Some records, including audit, payment, moderation and legal acceptance evidence, may be retained where required for disputes, safety, fraud prevention, accounting or legal compliance.
