Eventscape is owned and operated by Eventscape Africa LLC.
Customers may use Eventscape to browse providers, save listings, create event briefs, request information, reveal contact details, send inquiries, message providers and review completed marketplace interactions. You agree to provide accurate event details, contact providers respectfully, and avoid spam, fraudulent inquiries, harassment, review manipulation or attempts to obtain provider contact details outside the intended flow.
Inquiries are requests for information and do not themselves create a confirmed booking. Any final service agreement, availability commitment, site visit, deposit, cancellation term, safety requirement or offline payment arrangement is agreed directly between you and the provider. Eventscape does not process customer-to-provider booking payments.
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must follow the platform's review integrity rules. We may hold, reject or remove reviews that appear fraudulent, abusive, conflicted, unlawful or unrelated to a verified marketplace interaction.
Planning rewards and milestones are non-cash product features. They do not create priority access to providers, change organic ranking, alter review scores, or guarantee discounts, bookings or outcomes.
