Create your provider profile
Sign up, then open provider onboarding and introduce your business: a display name, a profile photo, your bio, the country, region and city you are based in, and how customers can reach you. You review and accept the provider terms and privacy document during setup — the exact document versions you accept are recorded. If an existing provider gave you a referral link, this signup is the one moment it can be applied.
-
Complete platform readiness
Two checklists stand between a new profile and selling. A complete profile: your name, bio, photo, contact and location details, and the accepted provider terms. And complete operational details: at least one service region, your operating days and your daily opening hours, plus optional lead-time and advance-booking windows and blackout dates. Platform readiness unlocks the listings centre, the provider portal and community, buying advertising and purchasing a paid plan.
-
Publish listings and media
Each listing carries a description, category, base price, optional add-ons and a photo and video gallery. Your plan sets how many listings you can keep public and how many media items each listing carries — the live limits are in the tier table below. Downgrading below your plan's listing limit never deletes a listing: the oldest listings stay visible and the rest are hidden from public discovery until you upgrade again.
-
Receive and respond to leads
Every customer inquiry arrives on your leads page as a lead with a frozen price snapshot, opens a conversation in your inbox, and sends you a notification. Move each lead through the pipeline from new to won or lost. Three numbers on your dashboard describe how you handle them:
- Response rate — the share of your inquiries that received a first response.
- Median response time — the middle time between an inquiry arriving and your first reply.
- Conversion rate — the inquiries you received per listing or profile view.
Respond to at least 80% of the inquiries you received over the last 30 days within 12 hours — across a sample of at least 5 inquiries — and you qualify for the fast-responder milestone below.

Subscription tiers and what each unlocks
Paid plans raise your listing and media limits, bundle boost credits every billing period, deepen your analytics and add a tier badge to your profile. This table is read live from the plan records — it is the same data the pricing page renders.
Plan Monthly Annual Listings Media Monthly boost credits Badge Analytics Free $0.00 Not available 3 5 None included Free Basic Starter KES500.00 Not available Unlimited Unlimited 1 x Search Boost — 7 days Bronze Basic Growth KES1,500.00 Not available Unlimited Unlimited 1 x Search Boost — 14 days Silver Advanced Premium KES4,500.00 Not available Unlimited Unlimited 3 x Homepage Boost — 21 days Gold Advanced Choosing annual billing locks in the annual price shown for the whole period, and changing plans credits your unused paid time toward the new plan. The top tier also unlocks a peer benchmark on your dashboard: your conversion rate against comparable providers in your subcategories and region, shown only when at least 10 comparable providers exist — otherwise you see an honest "not enough data yet".
-
Boost credits: subscription-funded and earned
Subscription-funded credits come from your plan's monthly bundle in the table above. They are issued exactly once per 30-day credit period while your subscription is active, expire at the end of the period and never roll over, and unused subscription-bundle credits are forfeited immediately if you cancel.
Earned credits come from marketplace behaviour, not your wallet: reporting a confirmed booking, qualifying for a milestone, or a successful referral. Earned credits are labelled with the reason they were granted, run to their own expiry (for example 14 days for a booking report) and are never forfeited on cancellation. On the advertising page, available credits are always offered before a paid purchase.
-
How boosts affect placement
A boost raises a listing's visibility in the stated placement for its duration. Boosted results always carry the Promoted label customers see on ranked results, and promoted results are capped at 30% of any results page so paid placement can never crowd out organic results. A boost does not guarantee any particular position, and when a campaign ends the listing returns to organic ranking automatically — no expiry job, no grace period.
-
How CPL and ROI are computed
For each campaign, a lead is a contact reveal or a new inquiry recorded against the boosted listing between the campaign's start and end. Cost per lead is the campaign spend divided by those leads — for a credit-funded campaign, the funding package's price is the spend. Until a campaign records at least 3 leads, your dashboard shows "—" instead of a number, so a single lucky click never reads as a return on investment.
-
Booking reports
When a lead turns into a confirmed booking, mark it as booked on your leads page — once per inquiry. The report is recorded with who reported it and when, is visible to staff, and earns one bonus boost credit valid for 14 days. Staff can reverse a report; an unspent bonus credit is revoked with it. A booking report is a quality signal, never a review score or a trust badge.
-
Milestones
Milestones are computed from your real marketplace records — inquiries, booking reports and renewals — never from a counter you can game. They expire, and they are re-evaluated: if you stop qualifying, the award is revoked. The currently enabled provider milestones and their rewards:
- Fast responder — You replied quickly to a qualifying sample of recent inquiries. Requires 5 qualifying records. Reward: Bonus boost credit, expires after 30 days.
-
The referral program
Your dashboard carries a stable referral link. A new provider who signs up through it is attributed to you exactly once — and nothing is paid out at signup. The reward fires only when the referred provider completes their first paid subscription renewal, and its size follows your own plan tier: 1 bonus boost credit on Starter, 2 bonus boost credits on Growth, 3 bonus boost credits on Premium, valid for 30 days. Referring yourself is refused, and a provider who already arrived through another link cannot be re-attributed.
What plans and rewards cannot buy
Rewards and subscription tiers do not buy verification — the verified badge is granted only by staff review, with an evidence record behind it. Rewards and tiers do not change review scores — reviews come only from customers with a verified inquiry history, and no plan or reward can edit, hide or outweigh them. They do not change ordinary inquiry delivery — every customer inquiry reaches the provider in exactly the same way. Subscription tier is the only paid ranking signal, and boosted listings are always labelled Promoted and capped.
